Free Shipping	Items will be shipped UPS standard ground service at no cost to you within the continental US. Second Day UPS service is available for $15.00. And overnight service is available for a charge of $25.00 for each pair of shoes. Second Day and Overnight delivery service is only available Monday thru Friday.
P.O. Boxes and APOs	APO, FPO, U.S. Territories and PO Box deliveries will be sent United States Postal Service at a cost of $8.00 and up.
International Orders	International orders are shipped via US Global Express Mail. Shipping charges will depend on destination, merchandise total, weight and insurance charges. Once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible once it reaches customs at the desired destination. For more information please contact us by e-mail. International orders cost a minimum of $40.00 and up for each shoe shipped.
Tax	We are required to collect tax for items that are shipped within New York State. For items costing $109.99 or below, New York City tax is collected, but not New York State tax. For items costing $110.00 or more, both local and New York State tax is collected.
On Line Orders	Just click on the "Add to Cart " button of the shoe that you would like and fill out the required information. If we receive your order by 2:00 EST it will be processed on the day the order was placed. If it is received after 2:00pm it will be processed the next business day. You will be notified by e-mail, within 24 hours of the status of your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will receive an email notification within 48 hours.
Payment	We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Phone Orders	To order by phone, please call us at 631-425-9211 during our business hours. Monday thru Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Returns & Exchanges	If you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes, we will gladly exchange them for a different size or for a full refund.
